Most of the people look to buy the house as they need their own place to line in rather than being tenant in any rented apartment. Apart from this, there is also a segment of customers who look real estate as one of the most lucrative investment opportunities.

.what is your monthly budget for paying mortgage amount?

On an average , the customers have a monthly budget of $5000-$1000 for payment of mortgage but it mainly depends on their income level.

.what are the amenities you want there?

Many customers look some of the very basic infrastructure and utilities services while selecting a house which are transportation connectivity, proximity to railways station, medical stores, market school and colleges, airports and hospital.

Then security and law and order situation in the locality is also one of the prime factors to look in.

Yes, most of the customers prefer those apartment where they can move in immediately.

The market scenario depends on the business cycle and situation of the economy. In last few years, real estate market was very slow but now the recovery in the economy is also reflecting in the form of increased demand of real estate.
