People and brokers both are important in a real estate project; people are the prospective customers and brokers are the prospective agents who can sell the property in exchange of commission.
Survey to both of them is necessary for understanding the success of the project.
Probable questions to people:
(1)Why do you want to purchase a house? There might be two reasons --- the person stays in a rented house and now wants to get an own house, or the person already has own house but want to purchase it as an additional property.
(2) What is your monthly budget for paying mortgage amount? It gives idea about pricing strategy of house.
(3) What are the amenities you want there? If the person wants luxury and comfort he/she may want car parking, swimming pool, garden, bar, etc.
(4) Are you ready to move on? It shows the urgency of getting that house, which encourages the real estate developer.
Probable questions to brokers:
(1)What is the market scenario of real estate? This is the most important question before going into the project, since it develops ideas of customers and pricing both.
(2) What would be the amount of commission? This is the clear cut communication for payment negotiation.
