Answer: Due to the advanced technology, the healthcare has become more enhanced and improved. The mobile healthcare application able to the healthcare professionals as well as the patients to indulge themselves in better treatment and care. The mobile health technology has directly influenced and nurture the pragmatic tool in the case of the pertinent health management as well as the care.The mobile health mainly use wearable devices, which monitors the health such as heart rate, blood pressure etc. Not only this but the mobile technology enable us to monitor the health of the patient suffering from asthma.

The implementation of the mobile health technology requires acceptance. The stakeholders such as patient, healthcare professionals, staff members should be indulge to accept the change. Mobile health technology requires major concern as along with the major benefits there are some kind of limitations.

The wearbale devices requires the acceptance such as patient should understand it's functioning and should have ability to operate. The change theory that could be implemented in this case would be the change theory of Lewin. This thwory will enable the patient to move in the desired direction.
