Leadership is the process of influencing other people’s behaviour toward achieving a predetermined goal.

Transformational leaders are generally energetic, enthusiastic, and passionate.

A good leader is one who has the ability to handle any number of people or the staff to be directed towards achieving the goal of the organization in a way the subjects are comfortable. A good leader should be able to make a stronger, clear, unbiased decision on any matters.

They shouldn't be partial to one staff and treating others in a low level. should be able to motivate others as getting te work done where both had benefited. The staff should be capable of learning things from the task given should have a belief and commitment, honest take initiation, toiling, friendly having this type of behaviour makes one a good leader.

“transformational” leadership is demanding that leadership, like the exercise of power, is based initial on a relationship between the leader and followers. This type of leadership style is to differentiate between others as the most needed and inspirational to achieve success.

The teaching value is usually the communication problem-solving skills, being ethical necessary and of the legal issue of the medical field. Builds knowledge and skills necessary for good environment adoption.

The aspect of TEACH values that would be most beneficial in the work environment if adopted is teamwork. Having good communication skill unable one to self grow and make the assigned work to be completed effectively in the most appropriate time.
