Patient satisfaction is a important factor in health care services..According to patient survey they need some important factor for them to get satisfied that is physically fitness,mentally fitness and engage in meaningful actrivities..But patient satisfaction not only the concept..it is a combination of perspective and values..Efficient patient satisfaction should be focused patient medical and service needed before they leaving the hospitals..Hospital providers should show point of care and personal care to satisfy the patient..
   Health care needs should be met for all patient..Because they are expecting good social care,hospital stay,finance,health education and transportation etc...Policies are intended to meet pateint's health care needs..Physician and patient communication is important for quality care..Pharmacist also play a role in patient satisfaction by problem solving,drug reaction,patient outcome with particular drug etc...
