These days many Scholars Programms are being conducted by many universities. Different people have different type of expectations from each program and every program has something different to provide too.

Exepectation from the Scholars Program

• However tough or modern the program may be but it should give liberty to enjoy the college life.
• Diverse group of students should be involved in the program.
• Personal help is also expected to cover the tedious and long tasks given, so that it does not consume much time and easily gets finished.
• Valuable skills should be highlighted and students should be able to learn and develop them so that they are capable enough to handle the situation and prepare for better opportunities.
• Restrictions should be there but not to the extent that it hinders in the development of students, they should be able to experience the college campus life and classroom dynamism.
• There should be college tours, fairs, workshops, courses etc under these programms so that students can get a head start on the colleges processes.
• Not just theoritical but practical knowledge should also be imparted and given to students.
• The program should be easy and keeping in mind the intellectual capacity of studens and all of them should be able to attend it with equality.
• These programms should not be a financial burden on the students.

Any Scholars Program is not a one sided program, there is always a give and a take.As a student, the contriutions towards the Programm also matters. It is expected that a student should be able to take complete advantage of the entire program. Whatever is taught or explained as a part of the Scholar Program, the students are expected to learn, show keen interest, and imbibe everything. The college admission, assignments, exercises, work etc all should be completed on time and everything should be submited to the authority within stipulated time.
As diverse group of students will be there from entire world, it is expected that each student repects each other and no disparity is shown as per caste, color, creed, gender etc. All should be treated as equal. There should be proper knowledge sharing and each student should find it easy and approchable to the concerned authority so that all the assignments are completed easily and they are future ready.

Support towards educational goals and plans

Each student while enrolling for a Scholar Program has a certain goal and plans in mind for the future. These type of programs make the students future ready. Students are able to face the goal more confidently and easily. The plans are already set by them, these programs are like a mentor and guide which helps them to follow their plans and goals. At some points there will be difficulty in tackling the situations and it happens that the students are stuck with either admission, assignment or works issues, here the Scholar Programs comes to their rescue guiding them properly.
