Expert Solution

Any customer needs better service, good quality products, accessibility, reasonable prices for the products. These are the only things that a good consumer needs.

The biggest unsatisfied customers needs all the same services what any customer needs such as  better service, good quality products, accessibility, reasonable prices for the products. But these services are not available to them in a better way that is why this lead to these type of problems. Thus company should understand the customer requirements and make proper changes according to their feed back.

Customers really want to get done in time services, making, on time delivery, accessibilty to company products, value customer opinions. These are the important things that a customer want to be done by the company because any delay in services, poor staff services and deliveries, poor connectivity will make them frustated.

If the customers are satisfied with product or services the demand for the product increases where as when there is no satisfaction with  product or services the demand for the product declines.
