As EHR has its wide range of objectives, it may compromise its quality and accountability

Physicians usually explained their goals of care and missed to fulfil their interventions or either in the case they have provided care but missed to document it from their busy schedules.Wide range of objectives create idiosyncrasies in data which reduces the quality and accountability.

Solution:Implementing program which explains the key to make a quality EHRs by clear and concise documentation and guidance on data collection information. Ensure that metrics were valid, relaible and feasible.
