32.1

Dyspnea/ wheezing

There are few contraindications when you are suffering from dyspnea / wheezing. These factors will trigger or will increase the conditions.

  1. The dampness level of home or work, because dampness will have more dirt which plays a major role of allergen
  2. Certain environmental irritants will increase the dyspnea
  3. Smoking area
  4. During gardening/ agriculture spraying of insecticides or insect oils
  5. Pets at home ( their hair, saliva ),
  6. There is absolute contraindication to administration of non-cardio selective beta blockers including eye drops- the reason behind is a blockade of beta-2 receptors will leads to smooth muscle cell of bronchial tree will leads to impaired airway dilation in response to adrenergic stimulation.

32.2

Bleeding

  1. Administration of anti-thrombotic drugs will increase bleeding
  2. If uncontrolled bleeding with, avoid blood transfusion it will drastically increase bleeding before controlling bleeding.
  3. If uncontrolled bleeding, avoid administration of fluids it will increase the circulatory overload.
  4. For major bleeding within 48hr of administration we recommend stop infusion of fibrinolytic drugs and other antithrombotic drugs
  5. Improper or prolonged placement of a tourniquet can lead to complication such as nerve paralysis and limb ischemia.
  6. For major hyperventilation of patients during bleeding will increase mortality

Hypotension

  1. Certain yoga poses should be avoided
  1. Boat pose
  2. Bharadvaja’s twist
  3. Bow pose
  4. Camel pose
  5. Chair pose
  6. Extended side angle pose
  7. Extended triangle pose
  8. Half frog pose
  1. Trendelenburg position, research shows this did not provide overwhelming support
  2. Avoid skipping of food and large frequent meals, low salt free diet
  3. Prevent dizzy spells

Allergy to sea food

  1. Avoid foods which are allergy to your body
  2. Immediately consult doctor before taking antihistamines and corticosteroids

Past history of mastectomy

  1. Patient unsuitability for best conserving approaches as a result for radiation therapy
  2. Previous history of chest wall irradiation
  3. Tumor distant metastasis
  4. Frail and elderly patients
  5. Generally poor and cachexia
  6. Important organ dysfunction cannot tolerate surgery
  7. Axillary lymph adhesion

Neutropenia

  1. Avoid all uncooked vegetables and most uncooked fruits
  2. Avoid raw or rare meat and fish and uncooked or improperly cooked eggs
  3. Avoid salad bars and deli counters.
  4. Avoid well water
