Answer (a) : Some network are better than other to change the world because some networks have a lot of merits and less demerits as compare to other networks and have innovation with passage of time which can save time and energy hence are better in these ways then other one.

Answer : Below are some factors which impact emergence and effectiveness of global network :-

1) Network latency : It refers to time that message takes to travel from one device to another device. This plays vital role in emergence of network and it's effectiveness. If it takes less time then network will be more effective.

2) Bandwidth : It is amount of data that can be travelled by medium in given period of time. Transmission medium will be having different Bandwidth. Transmission medium includes twisted copper wire, fibre optic cable , WiFi at home or WiFi at business which have different bandwidth.

3) Number of applications : It refers to number of applications or devices used in given network. If in given network less devices or applications are used then effectiveness will be more or vice- versa.

4) Transmission errors : It refers to failure in transmission of message which is called transmission errors. In other words this is called collisions during transmission of messages. More devices in network give rise to more transmission errors that impact effectiveness of networks.

5) Data traffic: It refers to data traveling across each other in given period of time. Sensitive network traffic , best effort network traffic and undesired network traffic are different type of network traffic and can impact effectiveness of networks.

6) Research and Development : This helps in having innovation in global networks and can positively impact its emergence as well as effectiveness.

7) Innovation : It refers to making improvements time to time in such technologies which helps in increasing speed and reducing network traffic in such a way innovation positively impacts effectiveness of global networks.

Hence we concluded that above were factors that impacts emergence and effectiveness of global networks.
