Good ways to find a buyer’s agent from following these are

Buyer’s agent only look or cater buyers and they are not authorize for selling or sell listing to avoid any kind of conflict of interest. Finding a buyer’s agent through referrals is a good idea as people in your connection will generally recommend good buyer’s agent based on their experience with that buyer’s agent. If nobody in your connection known any good buyer’s agent then you can search online and take an interview of few agents, based on that you can select your buyer’s agent. If you are asking to an attorney or broker to find a buyer’s agent then they may recommend someone with conflict of interest so better to avoid that.
