Health care practitioners are exposed to an incredible amount of emotional turmoil as noted in the article, what means of support would you utilize for yourself to help deal with this emotional turmoil? (350 words, 10 pts)

Medical profession that contains lots of emotions.

So Doctors ,nurses and health care have to be strong enough to deal with that emotions.

The patients are requesting the doctors to see them at the same time when they are treating other patients.

When I got emotional I think about my duty and I recall about words in the oath ceremony.

When I got emotional I forcefully change my mind towards treatment ,as the patients are very humble and respectable to us.

When we get emotional our duty as health care worker becomes weak.

When the pateint got cured and their smiling faces gives lots of happiness.

Whenever we got emotional we have to divert to other patients or else other works like paper works etc.

Whenever we got emotional we can manage it by mingling with staff members and we can divert it.

Everyone goes to emotional when treating with the pateints ,by overcoming this they will be successful.
