You make your own question with any data
This proposal will include:
Introduction

Research Questions, Hypotheses, and Conclusions (essentially, Parts ‘B’ and ‘D’)Be sure to include
Type of inferential/causational test and why it’s warranted
The research question
Independent and dependent variables and their scales of measurement, with justification
Null and alternative hypotheses in prose and notation
Alpha, degrees of freedom, and number of tails
N/n (for the entire question and per group, if applicable)
A statement about how the critical and obtained values compare
A statement about the null hypothesis (and alternative if appropriate)
Conclusions
Post-hoc information, if appropriate, including additional conclusions the researcher can now draw
Address your topic with four of the following statistical tests. Reject the null hypothesis in at least two.
Z-test OR one-sample t-test (choose one at most)

independent samples
related/repeated samples
ANOVA
One-factor, independent-measures OR one-factor, repeated-measures

Introduction: In this research, the estimated engineering constructional activity in Australia by both public and private sector organizations from the year 2008 to 2018 has been analysed. Engineering constructions are very much useful for the technological development of a country which necessarily contributes towards the GDP growth, employment rate growth, improved job satisfaction level and many more. The constructional activity is measured by the total amount invested in the private and public sectors of Australia which is given in the website of Australian Bureau of Statistics.
Secondary data: The data source which is used to collect the information of engineering constructional activity in every year from 2008 to 2018 in Australia is obtained from Australian Bureau of Statistics. In the website link,

the engineering constructional statistics in different years are given under the Statistics section. All the data obtained are publicly accessible and also the expenses (million $) of constructional activity in the different states of Australia according to years are represented by different graphs.
RQ: The particular research aims to find out whether the mean amount (in millions of $) of engineering constructional activity in private sectors is same as the mean amount (in millions of $) of engineering constructional activity in public sector in Australia. Specific RQ: In Australia is the average amount of engineering constructional activity in private sector is same as average amount of engineering constructional activity in public sector?
Type of test: Inferential test as the research question intends to find whether the two means are equal for all the years or the population properties are estimated from a sample.
Null hypothesis (H0): In Australia the average amount of engineering constructional activity in private sector is same as average amount of engineering constructional activity in public sector.
Alternative hypothesis (H1): In Australia the average amount of engineering constructional activity in private sector is different from the average amount of engineering constructional activity in public sector.
Sample size: Amount of Constructional activity in each year from 2008 to 2018 or sample size is 11.
Variables: amount of engineering construction in private sector, amount of engineering construction in public sector
Considered Significance level: 0.05
Conclusion: The research question is intended to be answered by using one sample two tailed t-test of difference having 11-1= 10 degrees of freedom. It is expected that the p value of the test will be less than 0.05 or in other words the alternative hypothesis can be accepted. The correlation between the two sample variables will be presented and will be compared with the decision obtained from the t-test.
