Each year, a large number of people in the United States declare bankruptcy, often because they have overspent. Definitely the marketing and advertising causes people to buy more, the advertisers plays emotions on us. From watching television to surfing social media we are exposed many advetisements in a day. The marketing people a range of phsychological strategies to devise these messages and appeal to consumers. The psychology and the world of advertising had a fractured relationship for many years. In the 1950's there was a lot of talks going about subliminal advertising and creating unconscious desires. The marketing encourages people to buy what they dont need, the marketing people are only considered about their own satisfaction and they dont consider what the consumers want. The marketers are often criticized for exaggerating the benefits offered by the their products. The serious problems arise when the product cliams that are misleading the customers into believing that a product can offer a certain value that, in fact, it cannot.
