2)Students enrolled online can acess the full time professors by conducting discussion sessions of short durations .One inportant thing to be noted is number of students per class should be restricted to minimum then only every student get opportunity to discuss with professors or teaching Assistants.

Full time professors can be used for handling main sessions and teaching assistants can be used for handling discussion sessions.

Teaching assistants can be accessible any time if the queries can be shared through mails or messages or google forms.

3)Since the classes are conducting online due to this pandemic situation It is better to keep the duration of each class as short as possible.Especially for lower classes it should not be greater than 30 minutes.Since each student attending classes online chances of distractions will be more and class room environment is not available teachers should take classes which should be more animative and interesting nature.

4)Career oriented sessions also changes in this pandemic period.Since it is not able conduct live environment for these sessions it is better to conduct online certification courses.During this period the students will get more time to study different online courses according to their interests and focus.Studying online certification courses will definately help them to study about a peculiar subjects according to students interest and skills.Additional certification courses will help them to be in top of the career intervies and also even in jobs.

5)It is true during this pandemic situation it is not possible to get live student activities and clubs But we can take positives when we conduct these kinds of activities online .First and primary thing is about attendees who are participing can be from different places.Since culture of each participants are different discussions will be more effective.Each persons will contribute in their own perspectives depending on their culture and the situations which they are living.These different perspectives gives more opportunity for the attendees to know about the solution of several social issues from different angles.So in that sense social activities can be more vibrant even though they are conducting online.
