Should there be a death penalty for first-degree murder cases? make an argument that either supports or opposes the use of the death penalty in first-degree murder cases
Killing of a person cruelly or brutally is categorized into first degree murder. The punishment of death penalty for this murderer is the preferred choice legally and even by the victims family members or close relative in order to provide justice for the murdered person .At the same time it is human nature to not accept the death of other individual who did the murder on the grounds of humanity because the murderer too has a life. If subjected to death will undergo the same pain. This is an exceptional in case of murder of a child ,infant, women, elderly people, disabled, pregnant women, cruel rapes ,gang rapes .The people themselves willing request the legislation to punish the murderer severely by charging their life to death in any circumstances. If the murderer is a juvenile case then there is an ethical concern that should there be an death penalty. Hence the death penalty depends upon the nature, circumstances of murder did by the murderer.
