EHR system will improve the clinical care Whereas the practice management system will look after the administrative side of medical billing, scheduling, e-prescribing, and other financial features. It is better to use both EHR and practice management system to function well and to avoid many problems.

As a project manager, I would motivate the health professional to work on the project plans. Analyse the pros and cons of the EHR system and to solve the major problem. If necessary collect the relevant data related to the project. The project manager has to work hard to make changes and in implementing the EHR system. The project manager should make the comfortable environment and to support the team members. The project members should also estimate the budget for implementing the EHR system.
