what you feel like are the two most important policy proposals/directions that should be implemented/explored in the US health care system to combat the challenges of an aging population and a distressed Medicare program. This includes Medicare reform, end of life care, technology adoption, medical ethics, etc. What I want you to do here is essentially a mini- EPA which is good practice for your term paper. For each policy describe the economic impact (intended and unintended), any political concerns, and justify why the policy is one of the most important in your mind. This should be roughly three paragraphs in length.

It is fact that US population is aging and need of healthcare is increasing. The healthcare system of US is not perfect but Government, private organizations, NGOs, community etc can help this system to be stronger. As a part of community, i feel that US healthcare system should focus on making healthcare affordable and accessable to poor people. This policy would require medicare reform in which Government should pay for the major health issues of people especially who are elder and poor. This policy which help to open more healthcare organizations because many organizations are closed due to lack of funding from government. When people are healthy in US then economy and GDP of US is more.

The second policy is implementation of technology like EHR. EHR should be mandatory by laws in all healthcare organizations. An electronic health record (EHR) is a digital version of a patient's paper chart. EHRs are real-time, patient-centered records that make information available instantly and securely to authorized users. The benefit of this policy is that Chances of error in diagnosis will decrease. The doctor will treat the patient with right medical information in hand. This will also reduce rate of patient's readdmission in hospitals. The quality of care will increase and cost will decrease.When there are less rate of medical errors then funding will be less and treatement will be done at less cost. This means savings of all stakeholders.

These policies are important in my mind because There are elder people who are retired or have no savings and poor. They do not live with thier children and not able to pay high cost of health providers. so Implementing these policies will help US healthcare system make more cost effective and affordable. The obamacare was really good initiative which formed the bases of my recommendation. Every patient young or old requires proper treatment and high quality care which will occur by using or exploring these policies.
