As per the neuroscience the adult learning is a type of specific learning situation. It is totally different from the learning of the children. It is seen that adults learn in a very selective manner than the children which learn from the ambiance. Children don’t make any conclusion but the adults always make a specific conclusions based on the findings of their learning. They use more and more critical thinking to challenge any question and correlated their current leanings with the earlier knowledge. The adult learning can be explained by understanding human psychology & brain science. There is a model for describing adult learning i.e. Attention-Generation-Emotion-Spacing. As per this model the adult learning is based on the following elements. Firstthe attention.
Then the generation means the self directed learning.
Then emotion: ads the emotions and the memory are connected hence on the basis of the past events and associated emotions the adults try to learn.
Then finally it is required to retain the conclusions of leanings over a period of the time.
Hence it is proved that the adult learning is totally associated with the neurological aspects of the brain and can be studied in a well synchronized manner.
