All tissues change as a result of aging. Proper nutrition and good health can promote normal tissue functioning past middle age but can only do so much. As a result, anti aging skin products are huge industries in our country. Do you think that these creams/potions, etc., can really make a difference in fighting aging? Why or why not? What do you think about the article from Science Daily and the possibility of an anti-aging pill?

AGING OF SKIN

Our skin is mercy of many forces as we age like sun harsh weather and bad habits,our skin aging is also depend upon our lifestyle ,diet hereditary .example smoking can produce free radicals ,these radicals which damage cells leading to premature wrinkles.

The primary reasons for spot and wrinkled skin include exposure to sun ,pollution and loss of subcutaneous tissue,stress obesity and even sleep position

Skin changes that come with age are.. skin becomes rougher,it devlops lesions .it becomes slack the loss of elastic tissue ,and skin becomes more transparent,the loss of oil glands as we age may also worsen the dry skin.

During aging the components such as collagen( which provides skin firmness),elastin(which supplies skin elasticity) and glycosaminoglycans(which keep skin hydrated ) becomes less so skin becomes so dry and slack during aging.

ANTI AGING

It means to delay ,stop or retard the aging process ,our body are made up of cells and aging occurs when there is cell death,and body ability to generate new cell diminishes so aging will occur.

The anti aging products improve the skin resilience,here are some good products which are considered as good anti aging products.
