Pertussis whooping cough is also termed to be Whooping cough
It is one if the the infection affecting the lungs and it is often very contagious or spreads easily.
It can easily spread through air as droplets, by direct contact of the infected surface
The incubation period is about a week to ten days and the patient may recover in s couple of months or three depending upon the time of treatment
It is classified into three stages
Stage one: lasting about seven to fourteen days
Stage two :lasting about ten weeks
Stage three :is about fourteen to twenty one days
