Leadership is generally defined as the manner in which the leader engages with his feIlow workers in accomplishing a job. Leader is an individual who is in the position to lead or guide other individuals. It is thus the potential to influence and direct the efforts of the coworkers towards leading and controlling. The key aspects of the leadership role involves influencing group activities and coping with change. Leadership can be described an individual behavior, that one who directs the activities of a group toward a shared goal.

Power is a force of authority.Leaders use power to motivate those their lead by demonstrating their knowldge or skills about how to do a task practically.They use power by rewarding,persuading or convincing,creating a perception of threat so as to reinforce good behavior by doing away the negative attitude of those they lead.

Advocacy;by enabling people to express their views and concerns for example the provision of books or suggestion books to lay out any feeling freely without any judgment or fear.By making sure that the policy/policies is enhancing social justice and participating in the agenda setting as they raise their issues.This will motivate them as they feel their significant issues are adressed and on basis of social justice.

Influence is the power to affect people either positively or negatively.A leader is able to motivate the people he or she is leading by inducing their minds in a way that every time faced with a challenge it is good to consult.Positional power is an example of how people in highest positions may be in an organization influence those who are under them,senior manager motivating the actions of junior managers especially allowing them to make decisions.

Authenticity;by trusting those they lead and having positive intentions towards them.This motivate an individual person and the productivity of the entire group rises.When leaders are being needed by those they lead, it is good for them to show up and if not available to send representatives,this motivates people as it shows commitment by their leader.The leader can also be open to members ang give them general audits especially when dealing with issues concern financial budget as it employees feel there is sincerity within the enviroment.
