1, For providers collecting specimen or within 6 feet of patient suspect covid 19 maintain proper infection control and use recomended personal protective equipment which includes an N95 or higher level respirator or eye protection gloves and gown when collecting speciments, the specimen area should be the out side of hospital or in a isolating area of the covid ward with limited entry of the persons,or should be in collecting booth wtih the seperation between patient and laboratory staff.
