Explain the role of the community health nurse in partnership with community stakeholders for population health promotion. Community health nurse should have knowledge, skills and competencies. They involve in maintaining community organizing and in health education.They collaborate with agencies and members related to community.

They play major role in health promotion to address health,social and other related problems of people. Health nurse practices with diverse setting and they mainly focus on care on elder people,low economic status,teenagers and who have high risk problems with multiple level include every individual and need to understand the culture,social and psychological problems involving clients and their families.

Skills of community health nurse concentrate on communication and link between community nurse and to stakeholders in the community and help to maintain partnership with community leaders and they will find solution for their health problems by using different type of sources.They will serve in the community with complex, multi tak challenges with high risk people.When they have partnership with stakeholders to develop multiple level of intervention that will enhance sustainability and increase trust on proper uses of community services.

Community nurse can also include in decision making on assessment,health education and also in treatment plan with following guidelines.They mainly concentrate on factors that promote health and to prevent disease in different race,divergent,beliefs,attitudes and values.Community nurse may also participated in research team to obtain community assessment data assessment and to do analysis and help to collaborate with inter professionals to address health promotion and to get better outcome.
