Solutions

Expert Solution

1.Discuss about Un-Employment benefits about Steven ,

In United State if Steven , have to get unemployment benefit then he has to register as employer.,

After that Steven ,is eligible for getting benefits from United State Un-employment insurance Or unemployment payment Or unemployment compensation which is provided by Authorised body.

Steven ,only received benefits of Un-Employment, only after registration done as Unemployed., United State provide benefits to Steven , because he lost his job and for Stephen and his family survive Authorized body provide small covering amt. for for full fill basic need to Steven ,and his family received un-employment benefit.

Discuss about any benefit available for rest of the community, so as I mentioned about only those person or community receive unemployment benefits who register themselves as an employer, community want to receive benefits then as they have to register themselves as an employer, then they will eligible for receive benefits of un-employment.

2.

United States labour force participation rate has fallen down United State, and there are different factors impact on it, employment participation rate was 61.3 which is fallen down after that continuously, from past 20 years, the reason behind of that,

it's impossible to present two factors which impact on labour force participation rate decline, that's why here at least four factors I will describe which is below.

1.Sex -

Sex is very important factor, about labour force participation,

In men and women, main actively participate in labour force participation, but women not interested to participation in labour force compared to main because of that the participation rate fallen down in United state in past 20 years,

2.Age -

Is also important part for participation declined, those persons who participated before 20 years actively because of their age factor they was not participated in labour force and because of that labour force participation rate declined in United State past 20 years.

3. Marital status

In the form of Democratic, Marital status is also effect on participation in labour force decline, after marriage man are actively participate in labour force but after marriage women did not participate in labour force and because of that past 20 years United State the rate of labour force participation is declined.

Responsibility is also effect on labour force participation decline, because many women after marriage did not participate in labour force because they have responsibility of their family and their children's, and don't have time participate in labour force that's why also past 20 years the rate of labour force participation declined.

4.

Recession is also effect on labour force participation rate declined in United States in past 20 years
