COMMUNITY NEEDS ASSESSMENT

A community needs assessment identifies the strengths and resourses that are available in the community to meet the requirement of community population,children,youth and families.The assessment focuses on the capabilities of the community including its citizens ,agencies,and organizations.

It is very important for the reason that it seeks to gather accurate of a community.Assessment are performed prior to taking action and are used toevaluate present situation and idebtify issues for action,and scheduling the primary foundation for vital planning.

PROCESS EVALUATION

This is focuses on the implementaion process and attempts to evaluate how successfully the project followed the strtegy laid out in the logic model.As opposed to outcome or impact evaluations a process evaluation focuses on the first three segments of the logic model.

EFFECT EVALUATION

Effect evaluation assess the changes that can be attributed to a particular intervention such as project programe or policy ,both th intended ones as well as ideally the unintended ones.

COMPREHENSIVE EVALUATION
