Clinical based therapeutic recreation includes the organization,planning, setting up and data analysis of patients diagnosed with diseases in the rehabilitation units and conducting seminars and conferences for the mental and physical development of patients in various units.

The volunteers prepare and analyse medical records, set up database,discuss the symptoms and profile of patients with the medical supervisors and doctor professionals along with providing nurture and care to the patients in medical rooms with maintenance of hygiene.It further involves the therapeutic planning , marketing and survey of various recreational events at rehabilitation centres like music,orchestra, dance and organizational games for the welfare of old,senile and diseased persons in the society.This includes the settinp up of conferences for the reduction of stress,anxiety, and depression in patients undergoing behavioral therapy and recreation.

Community based recreation---This includes the setting up of organization and rehabilitation units for the recreation of persons of particular community with disability without discrimination on the basis of caste,religion and sex like the morocco rehabilitation unit with all the major facilities and infrastructure for the care of disabled persons with diseases and simultaneous therapy for the treatment of disorders.Various international sports festivals are organized for the disabled like table tennis, football for the upliftment of their potential and eventually rewarding them for their mental strength and determination.Various non-governmental organizations help war veterans and disabled persons with recreational and sports facilities like cricket,chess for their upliftment and moral boost.Further skill development programs, social upliftment and cooperation programs are being developed with special funding from governmental organizations for their support and welfare.Various health care programs have been developed for their care and living in a proper hygienic environment.
