I gained a lot of leadership skills from the RN–BSN program, which were what I was looking for. We talked about how you might handle certain situations like a conflict with peers, visitors, or families. It also raised my awareness as far as what the budget is, what the bottom line is, and how much things cost and trying to keep the costs down so that we can still do our job, do it well, and protect our patients at the same time
