Corporate social responsibility is an essential activity and must be followed by every company or business. It is not essential to follow social responsibility, but companies usually follow social responsibility for the public and its customers so that its customers are happy and always choose them. It can also act as a business strategy.
Social responsibilities initiatives that the companies undertake include using low pollution techniques of production, high efficient, and cost-efficient techniques, also taking care of water bodies and not throwing water in them.
These are various strategies that the company uses. It includes being consistent with the public and also donating money to various NGO and also funding of various students, their education.
There are four CSR strategies and functions. These include philanthropy, environment conservation, diversity and labor practices, and volunteerism.
These are various help as some help in fulfilling social responsibilities. It helps in uprising the confidence of the employees.
There are many disadvantages, as there may be deficits in the company, and costs can lead to more deficits.
There are many such advantages and initiatives the company follows.
