Comment on shelter-in-place and stay home and restriction of travel, (e.g. as is the case in some states in USA) to help reduce the chance of spreading diseases like Covid-19. Should the government and/or the medical profession protect us from emerging diseases or should each of us have to take responsibility for modifying our own behavior to help prevent their spread?

It is commonly infected through aerosol by coughing, sneezing.
One of threaten disease cause death more than 3 lakhs involved more than 30 lakh peoples
It's our duty to modify our own behaviour to prevent further spread of disease
Government provide lock down in each countries to prevent further spread
Health authorities also doing their own best to each individuals they are approaching Its our duty to modify our behaviour like

Using mask
Social distancing
Avoid gatherings
Avoid public function
If individuals are visited on red zone areas , then they should go for self quarrentine
Stay home stay safe
Frequently wash hands using alcohol based sanitizers
Hand should be avoided to touch anywhere
Social distancing within family also if individual came from infected areas
