Lockdowns, shelter in place, stay at home like legal orders are invoked by the governments and are implemented with the help of law enforcement agencies (if required). In. order to understand the above situation firstly we have to know about pandemic diseases,they are that type of diseases spread all over the world .coronavirus diseases (COVID-19) is also one of the pandemic disease .pandemic can cause economic imbalance and also reduce growth of particular country ,whorld health organization declared covid-19 as a pandemic diseases on 12 march 2020.government must aid people during this difficult phase and prepare for wider testing,physical distancing of people ,ensured through a suspension of rail and inter-state bus services ,closureof public places,cessation of all non-essential activity and streen level monitoring is the first order of priority during a pandemic and the LOCKDOWN can ensure that ,government have a duty to ensure that the most vulnerable classs ,economically and socially ,including the elderly,have acess to essential article including medicine ,close to where they live .it should not be difficult to provide to them a pacakage of staples to last a week using civil supplies departments ,civil workers ,and non-governmental organization. quarantine simply means that if you are returning from international travel then for 10-14 days you have to staying in a specific designated locationa or in your home whereever you fell that now you are isolated .
