You are a hospital administrator assigned to oversee patient satisfaction and you have two health care workers that have been neglecting patients because of their difficulty in working together due to their dislike for one another. What approach(es) would you use to try and resolve the conflict between the two workers to promote better patient quality care?

Conflict is an inevitable part of life. Whether at home or work. As an adminisatrator i must resolve conflicts among two health workers and promote quality health care.

There are some tips,  

*Define acceptable behaviour

*Embrace conflict, when conflict arises dont avoid it or pretend nothing has happend.

* Talk together. Set up a time and place so you can talk for an extended span without outside interruptions.

* Listen carefully

*Find agreement

*Provide guidance

*Be quick to forgive

*Collabrating is the best technique to resolve conflicts.
