Majar food borne illness are- salmonella typhi , salmonella spp ., shigella spp . , Entamoeba histolytica ,entarohemorrhagic or sigha toxin producing E.coli, hepatitis A and E , norovirrus etc. 2. A recent outbreaks seen in America - the two implicated restaurant are located at the Nintendo of America campus in Redmond,WA. All four people two king country and two snihomish country resident's ate food from café Mario on multiple days in June 2018 and all of the ill . People work at the Nintendo of America. Avoid eating high risk food specially undercooked ground beef and other beef product.2 not take unpasteurized milk or juice or cheese and row sprouts.3 .use a food thermometer to make sure that ground beef has reached a safe internal temperature of 160 degrees Fahrenheit .4 .wash hand before preparing food after diapering infant after contact with animals.5 - thorough Wash fresh produced before eating.6 . drink water after proper disinfection.
