Schedule, Staffing, and Budget sections:

- Schedule: - A class timing Schedule is very important for an student as they have to plan their day as per the college timing and later on they have to decide their extra curricular activity timing as well as part time job timing. A online class dacility for a student is must nowadays due to covid 19 issue.

- Staffing: - An educational institution run on three pillars - Teachers, students and other caretakers who take care of school. Therefore, teachers who understands students concern and students who are willing to learn connects well. A well staffing in a educational institution plays a important role for overall reputation of college.

Therefore, periodic seminars should be organised for teachers which explains them how smartly they can teach students now with the help of technology as students prefer online teaching now than offline teahing. Concepts can be explained and notes can be downloaded so that students time gets saved.

- Budget: - A  educational institution has following expenses like Salary, Rent, Electricity, Internet expenses, Printing & Stationery etc. All the mentioned expenses are variable except salary. If the institution budget has a  surplus amount then excess amount can be used to buit Information Technology set up so that students can have online learning experience.

Improvements/Suggestions are: -

- Schedule: - Its a request to college President on all students behalf to introduce 50% of the class schedule online so that students can learn anytime from anywhere. Making class online would lead to more attendance of students and if any students doesn't understand any concepts then they can stop and listen again so that concepts get properly understood.

Online learning can be implemented with realistic effort/investment: -

Following expenses is required for IT set up for online learning:

- Domain charges for website,

- Website making charges

- Maintenance Charges

Teachers help would be required as IT personnel would like to know how would teachers like to communicate to students.

Formalities would be required such as Login Id and password creation for students and teachers so that they can login and have an experience.

Hence, Online Learning can be implemented with realistic effort/investment.
