As the ques is asked by you and you need to see bhot the prospect hence I will answer bhot of them

1st in support - as we see when we go on a mountain to go and see the wonders and feel the nature but you don't get any change cause of that you just stay the way you are you went to a place in the mountain with buddhist gurus doing meditation you pick up some things come home make those things part of your life you r stress decreases bus if you don't do anything then what is the meaning you are same as before same confused as before you have not done anything for nature or ecosystem you just wasted your precious time going there

In oppose -there is no point that by only this thought you stop living your dream follow the nature to its wildest possibilities there is no need sometime we need some break just to make yourself feel best you are working hard day and night you are tired of your life and if one journey can change your life in a way that for that time of your journey you feel good about your life you feel free then there is no need to thing about what you will learn or what you will lose just live in that moment

I by myself oppose the statment
