You have been given the assignment of setting up a training program for first-level managers in a formerly government owned Eastern European Company. How would you go about developing a curriculum?

As we know the HRM process differs in many countries because the differences in induced factor conditions, national context and natural-factor conditions.this statement has been given by Cullen in twothousand fourteen. in HRM the cross national difference and the forces to adapt the lower lavel conditions creates from the formation of those factors which makes every country different from eachother.inaddition yo this the national context features which affects the IHRM are the legal atmosphere or climate, national culture, political, and available resources in the country. These characteristics or features are all simultaneously contemplating with respect to those effects and defects that have on the business environment.the HRM's multinational managers are concentrated on running in a foreign environment which brings the challenges on decision making.

The national culture effects HRM because the distinction in adoptable cultural rules and regulations in many countries. As we know the Cross-cultural communication is important for the workers or employees within an organization or within any factory or industry to understand one another’s culture with the aim of understanding eachother and the communication gap between unknown cultures.moreover political and legal atmosphere or the climates of a country effect human resource management because of the of the solid and t governments ucan change and modify.with the change of the political and legal systems or environment in different countries of the world the legal barrier and restrictions contracts between organizations that can become not enforceable because of the environment.

The economic factors affect the HRM as we know the different countries have different economic systems. Some have capitalism some have communism etc which has essentially failed.suppose in China communism is the official economic system. But as the government tries to move to mixed model. This model is using unemployment and wants to reduce government business faster with many workers.

The next one is the masculinity or feminity the cultural differences in masculinity or femininity is considered to the degree in which the males values prevail over females values. Both have their own qualities.Inaddition the dimension of uncertainty avoidance consists of the preference to people in nation for structured than unstructured situations.to think the use of differences on this factor is to predict how people in different countries will react to changes that occurs in any organizations.
