How to implement the below mentioned 05 measures (to enhance good governance) in schools?

• Eliminate the industrial age values: All day long, students do nothing but follow only instructions. At school, the childrens are awarded for exactly what theu taught. In this modern world, inorder to live, we should be competitive, skillful and creative. Thus this industrial age values should be removed and children should get chances to develop such skills.
• Implementing autonomy and control : At schools, our children experience a complete lack of autonomy and control. Every minute of a child's life is entirely controlled by the system. The children should be given chances on making decisions, what to do and when to do.
• Removal of inauthentic learning : Most of the learnings that happens in schools todays is not authentic because it deals on memorization and wrote learning. The learned things may forget after the exams. The learning system should be made more authentic without just memorization. Exams should be conducted on the basis of practicals more than written exams.
• Creating a room for passions and interests : we have an extremely standardized system where each child must learn the something at the same time in the same way. This doesn't respect the basic quality of being human that each was unique and have their own potentials. Thus the system should provide space for each child to determine children's passion and interests.
• Mode of lecturing : In the current system, children are lectured more than five hours a day. Each of the students have their own level of understanding. Thus the lectures should be made fully digitalized with videos and animations. Thus all children can catch the concepts very easily.

In order to implement the mentioned measure for the enhancement of good governance in schools .It should be made compuslive for school thorugh the govt. policy in educational sector .The schooling is one of the most important phase in the life of a child .The school grooms the student physically, mentally ,emotionally , scoially , politically etc .It is very important that given measure must be implemneted for the sake of good governance in the system of school as still the old traditional value are kept , same repetitive books and same things every year .the given measure can be implemented by awarness or program related to skill program for children by the govt. , the school management should allow the children to take authoritative decision regarding the betterment of the school by implmenting a commitee headed by students that way chilkdren can make decision and not fully controlled by school .The govt. should make certain regulation regarding the inauthentic learning by making compulsive practicals learning and its access .The school management should invite student to make clubs for their extra curricular including music club ,debating clubs , literaary club , which will provide with them the extra from study to make thier life more interesting.hence in these way the given measure can be implemented .
