Medical record committee record patients medical details in timely manner and keeps record safely and producing database in appropriate situations.Functions of the medical record committee are filing records of patient,recording daily reports of hospital,storage and maintenance of record,monitoring and evaluating record,and issuing sufficient certificates such as birth,death,and medical certificate.
