ANS (5)- cell lysate---->cell lysis is the
process of breaking down or denatures the cell wall and excrete out
the organelles from the cell. the fluid present in the lysed cell
containing the organelles is known as lysate.
- Cell lysis can occur through these methods - the viral
infection, osmotic mechanism, and enzymatic actions.
- Enzymatic lysis--->It is the method in
which cell wall is breakdown through the use of enzymes such as
proteases.
- Viral infection----->In this method the
virus triggers the host cell mechanisms to break down the wall in
order to release from the host cell after multiplication.
- Osmotic mechanism----->It is the method in
which cell is placed in high salt concentration and then in low
salt concentration due to which water moves inside the cell and
because of this cell got exploded by pressure exerted on the cell
wall.
