Answer:
SWOT analysis of myself:
Strengths:
My strengths include my confidence level while performing any of the tasks. I am confident enough to deal with the several tasks in an efficient and effective manner as I always try to decode the rationale behind performing any of the tasks. I have a good learning abilities and I take keen interest in acquiring new knowledge of any thing that is in existence in the world. I have a good communication and convincing skills that I often display while delivering the presentation.
Weaknesses:
I get easily bored up if anything continues for a very longer period of time and my peer group members say that I am slightly short tempered too. I work better when I am prepared for anything and I become little bit tensed if the task is allotted to me spontaneously.
Opportunities:
Currently I am pursuing graduation from a well reputed university and by the end of the course, I would be approaching some of the professionally managed organisations and I believe that, depending on my strengths, it would be easier for me to acquire a good position in the organisation. I also have an opportunity of becoming an entrepreneur after a one year of employment in the company; the experience that I would be taking so as to understand the core ideas of operation in an organisational setting. I can also be a good orator and a motivator as I have good presentation skills.
Threats:
In order to acquire good position in an organisation, i need to take good grades in the final exams of the university. If I fail to do so, I would fail in acquiring good position in the organisation. I have limited amount of money available with me that restricts me in purchasing books and other materials required for effectively learning the course. Peer group around me do not take appropriate interest in the career development. There is a threat that I should not get taken away by their ideas for life.
