here we need to see the difference between spore and endospore are:
1 spores are the one celled reproductive unit which can produce new organism without sexual reproduction and they are produced by lower plants fungi etc'
while endospores are is an asexual spore produced by some bacteria.
2 its is formed as a result of either sexual or asexual reproduction while endospore are there to protect bacteria from unfavourable condition.
3 spore is reproductive cell as having tendancy to produce offspring while endospore is non-reproductive as it is protective shell.
4 spores can be produced multiple in order to form the progeny while endospore is only one per bacterium.
5 spores are produced by algae fungi plants and bacteria while endospores are produced by some bacteria including bacillus.
bacteria do produce the spores but there sprores are called as endospore which is dormant shell for there own protection from unfavourable enviornment and it is not a reproductive unit in them like in fungi or lower plants.
so they are producing spore but they endospore and examples are bacillus and clostriduim bacterias.
bacterias do reproduce by binary fission mainly and also other processes.
