Cancer is a major burden of disease worldwide. Each year, tens of millions of people are diagnosed with cancer around the world, and more than half of the patients eventually die from it. In many countries, cancer ranks the second most common cause of death following cardiovascular diseases.

Benign: No indifferent proliferation, not invasive and does not directly destroy other tissues

Malignant: Proliferates indefinitely, invasive and destroys other tissues

#. Cancer is a major public health problem because of the aging and expansion of the population and increased prevalence of cancer risk factors such as smoking, obesity, and physical inactivity .
