1st part:- It id no secret that todays workplace is rapidly becoming vast and business envionment includes various geographical locations and numerious cultues. whats difficult is the understanding as to how to effectively communicate with individuals who speak different language and rely on different mathod to achieve goal.

- mexican values trust and personal relationship alot even in business whereas american stick strictly to business and are highly professionals
- mexican people does not mind getting late for family but for americans time is money.
- mixing of business and personal life is important for mexicans but for american these two are entirely separate things.
2nd part :- how to deal with patients of different culture:-
all the health care practitioners must focus on not only the verbal varioances but also on the non verbal aspect of culture of their patients and apply this knowledge to provide culturally appropriate care because it will help in building intercultural rapport between doctor and patient. this is the basis for intercultural communication with patients. there are other methods in which communication is possible such as , having a translator can help , nonverbal communication, gestures.
3rd part :- non verbal difference in communicating a greeting
in india while greeting they do it by bowing their heads and joining hands, and touching feet. in america people usually shake hands and some people hug. in korea people bow their heads, usually the younger one bow first and they shake hands with both hands if the older person starts handshaking.
