The project generates necessary income for Randi to pay her employees during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Wellsbrook recently informed Randi that the software must be developed specifically by French-speaking male developers and programmers. However, Randi - who is based in the US - knows Wellsbrook's request is unethical. Wellsbrook's request is not considered illegal or unethical in France, since all of the company's IT staff are male. Randi's project management plan, which described a team of French-speaking developers and programmers satisfying Wellsbrook's needs, was approved by the client and the project is already underway. Wellsbrook, however, now requires that the gender of each project management team members must be added into the PMP's work-breakdown structure and project agreement. If not, the company will terminate the contract, withhold payments and consider services from competing project management firms in the US.

Should Randi comply with Wellsbrook's change request? Explain why or why not.

Rani is a lead project manager, highly skilled team of male and female computer and websites developers are creating platform for the visiting nurses agency. All her staff is male. She met a French based friend named, wells brook who initially requested to add male French speaking computer programmer for the project. She felt this particular request is unethical even though this is not legal issues and unethical issue in the France. Therefore Project was under process.

Now well brooks request to add gender to be added to each project management plan breakdown structure and project agreement. Rani can accept the request. Project manager can expect   a change in a project irrespective time. Additionally, rani has multilingual skills of female and male trainers of computer programmers and websites. So it is possible for her to add gender in project management work. She can analyze the factors for the change request (The factor may be reason COVID 19 and inadequate (may be) male staff) and discuss the reason for the change request with well brook, and create an objective for change request in order to attain goal and vision and mission of project and add the change request  into plan and evaluate the change request
