A. Dialectic is an art of introspection if historical data , which is designed in a way , such that every discussion is based on negation and interpretation of opposites . Meaning a rigorous discussion which involves questioning of history, deligation over it through debates and discussion. This technique was used by Marx in order to study and understand history. The center opinion of Marx was that in history the pivotal point which shaped the decisions of people was not understanding of society but the understanding of society was developed centred to the discussion and importance of money. This was deduction of historical materialism though dialectics.
B. While discussing a global or local problem , the tools of dialectics can be used to deal with these issues. Tools like interpretation of topics concerning the problem, the opinions which are present regarding the topic, delegation over the topics with the way of negations and justification , can give a clear and appropriate induction of any topic . The negations or questioning of topic can provide an insight as to how to go about the topic avoiding the negatives towards any topics. Eg. Dealing with handling the ecological problems, an insight to alternatives must be discussed with negatives highlighted of the alternative. The negatives must be cost of new inputs and adoption rates of new inputs. These must be deligated and new interpretation can be made with discussions.
