Expert Solution

Ans. Dialectric means the art of expressing or discussing something or in other words it is the art of discussing the truth of the opinions.

Dialectic is a wonderful concept which represents the reason behind the opinions and authenticity of the opinions.

  1. Dialectics related to historical materialism it means that various historical facts are given but it is important to find out and to discuss the truth about the facts and the opinions because in practice various historical materialism is not accurately applicable and this is the only reason we are concern about the facts and truth of opinion and that's why dialectics helps to define the truth of the opinion in an organised way with a proper sequence and the process of discussing the truth behind the opinions.
  2. The concept of dialectics is helpful in the global and local problem in the following manner. A global problem is a problem which is applicable in all over the world and a local problem is a problem which belongs to a particular sector or a particular country. In the case of a global problem the concept of dialectics which means the truth discussion behind the opinion is helpful in finding out a certain problem after discussing all the points related in the historical materialism and after discussing the opinion it is helpful to find out a proper way so that it is a solution of the global problem for all the nation because some problems are equally existing in all over the world with different different reasons but the origin of the problem is one and saying therefore after a discussion about the opinions it must be a common solution for the Global problem. A local problem belongs to a particular sector or a particular country and therefore it is important with the concept of dialectics to understand the true opinion regarding the past facts and to understand what happened actually in the case of origin of the problem and therefore it is a true solution with all the necessary easy steps to consider in solving a local problem.
