For the middle-aged adult, exercise can reduce the risk of various health problems. Choose three health issues that regular physical exercise and activity can help prevent and manage. Nowadays due to busy life people are not at all alert with their health issues, they even do not take healthy diet Exercise helps us to maintain our weight, a healthy weight is good for us. As obese people have more health issues such as they are at greater risk of heart diseases. It also strengthens bones and muscles. It also reduce your risk of Type 2 Diabetes and Metabolic Syndrome. A casual walk for 35 mins may decrease the risk of diabetes and lowers the blood pressure. People should at least walk for half an hour in the morning or should try to walk to their nearest place and avoid the cars. Women working at home should indulge themselves in home making and cleaning work , that will include physical activity.
