Nursing is a profession in healthcare sector focused on the care of individuals ,,families and comunities so they may attain , maintain or recover optimal health and quality of life .Nurses practice in many specilaities with differing levels of prescription authority. the nursing profession has changed a lot over years.
A Nurse is a care giver for patients for patients and helps to manage physical needs , prevent illness and treat health condiotions. To do this, they need to observe and monitor the patient ,recording any relevant information to aid in treatment decision making.
I feel proud to become a nurse. since nursing is a noble profession. Nursing is all about th e patient ,. it is a career that helps to save lives , bring happiness to individuals and their families and comfort to those in need . while caring for patients fighting for their life can be challenging experience ,nurses still report a high level of job satisfication.
Nursing provides autonomous and collabarative care of individuals of all ages, families groups and communities . Nursing includes the promotion of health, prevention of illness and care of ill, disabled and dying people.
When I was studying nursing, we had less facilities to study and practice. there were no internet facilities available.
hospitals were less in number and less number of training programs.. there was no advanced equipments and treatments to take care of patients. But now the nusing profession has changed over years.
During our training period, there was no digital equipments . we have to do things manually. but now all the work have been simplifed by the use of digital manometers and the wide use of computer s in hospitals.
Today , the nursing profesion has changed drastically. ther are more training programs, better hospitals ,more responsibility , a sense of family and a focus on patient care in the nursing industry that has saved lives and created generations of dedicated medical professionals.
With changes in care delivery , technological advances and increased patient expectations the role of nurses as health care professionals is growing and evolving..This trend requires nurses to have the latest information at their disposal so they can effectively assess and treat their profess.ion.
