Whether someone supports Affordable Care Act, or Repeal and Replace, both sides agree the Healthcare industry is an unsustainable industry and therefore changes must be made. Describe the current strengths within the HC industry and what changes you believe must occur going forward to keep costs down while increasing positive patient outcomes and patient satisfaction.
The affordable care act , enacted in 2010, dramatically changed the U.S health care landscape. the law's goals were we reduce the number of uninsured, make coverage more affordable, and expand access to care. to accomplish this, the law expanded eligibility for medicaid and created new marketplaces where people without employer coverage could by policies directly from insurers. it uses a carrot and stick approach to promote enrollment. most adults are required to have health coverage or pay a fine, and moderate -income individuals recieve premium subsidies to by policies in the new market places.
since the ACA's adoption , an estimated 20 million people have become newly insured, and approximately 24 million people have gained access to subsidized or free care through marketplace tax credits and medicaid expansion. despite these successes, the law faced strong political headwines from the outset. there have been repeated calls from both sides of the political spectrum to repeal the law and replace it with alternative reforms or to modify the law to adress other goals.
the affordable health care system should be reliable to all the citizen, it should be available for them every situation, when ever we need the health care facilities, it should be easly acceptable and affordable price. every citizen should be obey the government's order , should be follow the government order for maintaning a reliable health care system. for that they have to pay the insurance and taxes for the health care system. then only we can take a give and take policy of health care system for the better treatment and better facility.
