1. Creativity plays a vital role in entrepreneurship. It helps in coming up with new and different ideas of business which helps us from deviating from the routine and accustomed ideas. This helps in the success of the business as people always look for something new rather than the same old ideas. Creativity also helps in encouraging the employees in coming up with ideas by which innovative thoughts will be formed. For example a person started an event management business. Rather than trying for the regular taking orders and supplying the material and decorations process, they made their services available for clients right from the beginning to the end. They provide everything the bride and groom needs and this process makes the process easy and simple for parents . Hence the creativity of the person helped in gaining advantage in the already existing market. Hence creativity play an important role in being an entrepreneur.

2. A group of individuals coming together and forming a group to think on a situation and coming up with ideas is known as brainstorming. While it is an important process for creativity it has it's limitations. Some times there is a problem of ideas getting suppressed in a group and they might come up when we think as an individual. Overthinking might lead us in wrong direction and results in taking wrong decisions. Brainstorming helps us in getting ideas and improvising decisions and this works for our creative process. But when the group has different opinions , our decisions might be misled and our process might get disturbed due to brainstorming.
